Chinese Chicken Walnut

Ingredients
  Peanut oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Preferably Uncooked White Meat)
  Chopped chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), uncooked (Preferably White Meat)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Broken walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil in 8-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling hot.
Add chicken and quickly stir until chicken begins to brown.
Add butter and nuts.
Cook, uncovered, about 15 minutes, stirring often.
Turn off heat.
Add soy sauce and lemon juice; stir to coat
