Chinese Chicken Walnut
|Peanut oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chicken||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Preferably Uncooked White Meat)|
|Chopped chicken||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), uncooked (Preferably White Meat)|
|Broken walnuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Heat oil in 8-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling hot.
Add chicken and quickly stir until chicken begins to brown.
Add butter and nuts.
Cook, uncovered, about 15 minutes, stirring often.
Turn off heat.
Add soy sauce and lemon juice; stir to coat
