Ingredients
  Sesame paste 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soup stock 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Barbecued duck meat 6 Ounce
  Celery 1⁄2 Pound, stringed and diagonally sliced
  Bean sprouts 6 Ounce, roots removed
  Bell pepper 1⁄2 , sliced
  Green onion stalks 2 , shredded
  Mustard paste 2 Teaspoon (Hot)
  Toasted sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine dressing mixture in a bowl. Blend well and set aside.
2. Combine vegetables and shredded duck in a serving bowl.
