Chinese Red Hot Sauce

Ingredients
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared chili sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced
  Finely minced gingerroot 1 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Sambal oelek 1 Tablespoon (Ground Fresh Chili Paste)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium-size bowl, combine all ingredients.
Use at once or cover and refrigerate until needed.
