Its my style of chinese stir fry chicken ,Its quick and easy . Takes just 10 mins
Ingredients
  Pepper powder To Taste
  Ajinomoto To Taste
  Chicken 400 Gram
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Corn flour 2 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 2 Teaspoon (to thicken)
  Capsicum 30 Gram
  Ginger 5 Gram
  Garlic 5 Gram
  Shredded green chili 10 Gram
  Stock 300 Milliliter
  Vinegar 5 Milliliter
  Sugar 5 Gram
  Spring onion 1
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Method :
1. Shred the chicken. Marinate with egg, seasonings and cornflour.
2. Deep-fry the marinated chicken.
3. Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger, garlic, capsicum and chilli. Add stock.
4. Add the seasonings.
5. When the seasoning is set add the fried chicken.
6. When it comes to boil, thicken with cornflour.
7. Finish off with Spring onion. Remove
8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
