  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Scotch 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh gingerroot 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, minced peeled
  Minced garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Hot red pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon (dried)
