Szechuan Style Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Low sodium teriyaki sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Spicy stir fry sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon, divided
  Vegetable stir fry 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Frozen)
  Tofu 1 Pound, cut into bite-size cubes
Directions

1. Combine teriyaki sauce, stir-fry sauce and cornstarch in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Remove vegetables from the pan.
3. Heat remain
