Ingredients
  Mandarin pancakes 2
  Beef filling with hot chile 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken filling with bean sprouts 2 Tablespoon
  Egg filling with scallops 2 Tablespoon
Directions

To eat, fill a steamed pancake sparingly with one of the three fillings, dab on a bit of sauce.
If you wish, roll up the pancake, and fold one end to hold in the juices.
Eat out of hand.
