Vegetable Chop Suey Salad
|Mung bean sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped|
|Radish||1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Cucumber||1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Capsicum||2 , thinly sliced|
|Carrot||1 , thinly sliced|
|Spring onions||6 , cut lengthwise|
|French dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine all the ingredients except soya sauce in a bowl and toss.
Chill for at least one hour.
Sprinkle soya sauce before serving.
