Vegetable Chop Suey Salad

Ingredients
  Mung bean sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
  Radish 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Capsicum 2 , thinly sliced
  Carrot 1 , thinly sliced
  Spring onions 6 , cut lengthwise
  French dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all the ingredients except soya sauce in a bowl and toss.
Chill for at least one hour.
Sprinkle soya sauce before serving.
