Mandarin Lamb Chops
|Lamb loin chops||24 Ounce (4 In Number, 6 Ounce Each, 1 Inch Thick)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chutney||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
In 8-inch square glass baking dish arrange chops with thickest meaty areas to outside edges.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 10 minutes; drain.
Turn chops over.
Drain oranges, reserving syrup.
Combine 1/3 cup reserved syrup, chutney, sugar and lemon juice.
Spoon mixture over chops; cover.
Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 8 to 12 minutes until tender.
Remove chops to serving platter and keep warm.
Combine cornstarch and remaining syrup.
Add to juices in dish.
Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 1 to 3 minutes until thickened, stirring once.
Spoon sauce over chops.
