Ground Beef Chow Mein
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 1/2 Cup)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown gravy mix||5⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Onion/1 tablespoon instant minced onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Stalks)|
|Canned vegetables||1 Pound, drained (1 Can /2 Cup, For Chow Mein)|
In 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole, crumble ground beef.
Stir in mushrooms, ginger and soy sauce.
Sprinkle with gravy mix.
Cook covered, 5 minutes.
Stir in onion, celery and chow mein vegetables.
Cook covered, 5 more minutes or until vegetables are desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
