Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Rice sticks 4 Ounce (Mei Fun)
  Head of lettuce 1 Large
  Cooked chicken 1⁄2 Pound, chopped
  Green onions 6 , chopped
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine dressing ingredients and blend in blender.
1.Deep fry Mei Fun for just a second in very hot oil.Drain on paper towel.
2.Combine lettuce, chicken, onion; chill.
3.Just before serving, add Mei Fun and dressing.Mix well.
