|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Dip mushrooms into egg; coat with bread crumbs.
Cook mushrooms and onion in margarine in 12-inch skillet, turning occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and golden brown, 7 to 8 minutes.
