Bbq Chinese Pork
|Pork tenderloin||2 Pound|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), finley minced (fresh)|
|Ginger||2 Tablespoon, minced (fresh)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sherry||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable stock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|5 spice powder||1 Tablespoon|
Place all marinade ingredients (not the pork) in a saucepan and bring just to a simmer.
Simmer 2-3 minutes to dissolve the honey.
Cool until cold.
Place the pork and marinade in a plastic bag together and marinade 24 hours.
Prepare a grill.
Cook over indirect grill or fire until well done.
Slice very thinly to serve.
