Won Ton Appetizers
|Wonton wrapper||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Corn oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Taco seasoning mix||1 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned sliced olives||2 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), grated|
|Jack cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), grated|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brush won ton wrappers with corn oil; press into a small muffin tin to form a basket.
Bake baskets 5-10 minutes until lightly browned; remove from pan and place on baking sheet.
Brown beef with minced onion; drain grease.
Add taco seasoning mix and follow directions on package.
Remove from heat and place in mixing bowl; add olives and cheese.
Fill won ton baskets with meat mixture.
Broil until cheese melts; dot with sour cream.
