Baked Crab Wonton Boats
|Canned white crabmeat||6 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Neufchatel cheese||4 Ounce, softened (1/2 Of An 8 Ounce Package, 1/3 Less Fat Than Cream Cheese)|
|Green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Light mayonnaise/Miracle whip||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix crabmeat, Neufchatel cream cheese, onions and mayonnaise (salt and pepper to taste).
Spray 12 medium muffin cups with cooking spray.
Gently place 1 wonton wrapper in each cup, allowing edges of wrappers to extend above sides of cups.
Fill evenly with crabmeat mixture.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and filling is heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
