Roast Beef Salad With Chinese Dressing's picture
  Rice vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Chili oil 1 Teaspoon
  Iceberg lettuce head 1 Small, shredded
  Carrot 1 Small, cut into match-stick pieces
  Cucumber 2 , peeled, seeded, and cut into matchstick pieces
  Beef roast 1⁄2 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Green onions 2 , slivered (Including Tops)

Preparation Place dressing ingredients in a blender.
Process mixture for 10 seconds or until smooth.
Place lettuce, carrot, and cucumber in a large wide salad bowl; toss well.
Arrange roast beef strips on salad.
Pour dressing over roast beef and sprinkle with green onions.
Toss just before serving.
