Szechuan Sprout Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh bean sprouts 1⁄2 Pound
  Rice wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce/Tamari 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Thinly sliced green onion 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Rinse sprouts and pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl stir together vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and hot-pepper flakes.
Place sprouts and onion in serving bowl, add dressing, and toss to coat.
