Chinese Stirred Broccoli

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Garlic clove 1 Large, mashed or minced
  Minced ginger/1 1/2 teaspoons minced green ginger 1 Tablespoon (Candied Or Preserved)
  Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soy 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Separate broccoli tops from stems; save stems to use another time.
Divide tops into small flowerets.
In a large frying pan, saute garlic and ginger in the oil until lightly browned.
Add broccoli tops; stir and toss, then add water, monosodium glutamate, and soy.
Cover and steam for 5 to 7 minutes, or until broccoli is just barely tender.
