Chinese Sweet And Sour Soup

Ingredients
  Chicken breast 250 Gram (Raw)
  Salt 1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)
  Cornstarch 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Water 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Condensed beef broth 2 Can (20 oz) (284 Milliliter Each)
  Water 1 Can (10 oz) (1 Soup Can)
  Canned sliced mushrooms and liquid 125 Milliliter
  Vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Sugar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lemon slices 4
Directions

Skin chicken with sharp knife; cut into thin 5 cm (2 inch) long slices.
Sprinkle with salt.
Mix cornstarch with 45 mL (3 tablespoons) water and soy sauce; combine with beef broth and water.
Bring to boil; stir often; add chicken, mushrooms and liquid, vinegar and sugar.
Heat.
Simmer 5 minutes
