Ingredients
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed beef noodle soup 21 Ounce (Two 10 1/2 Ounce Cans)
  Water 2 Can (20 oz)
  Cooked shrimp 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped watercress 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 4 Teaspoon
Directions

In saucepan, brown mushrooms in butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat; stir now and then.
