Chicken With Orange Marinade
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), smashed and chopped|
|Catsup||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Orange juice||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Orange marmalade||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Soya sauce||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Chicken parts||2 1⁄2 Pound, cleaned and skinned|
Preheat barbecue at MEDIUM.
Mix marinade ingredients together in small saucepan; bring to boil.
Pour over chicken parts and marinate 4 hours in refrigerator.
Place chicken parts on hot grill.
Cook, partially covered, for the following times: white meat €” 8 to 10 minutes each side; dark meat €” 15 minutes each side.
