Cantonese Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, sliced
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of chicken soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sliced water chestnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced cooked chicken/Sliced cooked turkey 4
  Buttered toast slice 4
Directions

In saucepan, cook onion in butter until onion is just tender.
Stir in soup, milk, water chestnuts, and soy sauce.
Heat; stir often.
Arrange chicken on toast; pour sauce over.
