Orange Pecan Chicken
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Boneless skinless chicken breasts||4|
|Orange pecan sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
In medium bowl, whisk together juice and oil until well blended.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place chicken breasts in 9 X 9-inch baking pan or resealable food storage bag.
Pour juice mixture over chicken.
If using baking pan, cover with plastic wrap.
If using bag, seal securely.
Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare Orange Pecan Sauce.
Remove chicken from pan or bag; discard marinade.
Broil chicken about 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center, turning once.
