Chinese Chicken Salad Magnificent

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh ginger root 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken breasts 4 (Boned Pieces)
  Lettuce head 1 , torn into pieces
  Sliced celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), slivered and cut in 1 inch pieces
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped macadamia nuts/Cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hawaiian)
  Toasted sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Crushed potato chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery salt To Taste
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coarse pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic salt and sugar.
Marinate chicken in mixture at least 1 hour, turning frequently.
Deep fat fry about 3 minutes, drain and cool on absorbent paper.
Cut chicken into slivers.
Toss vegetables in salad bowl and top with nuts, sesame seeds, potato chips and chicken slivers.
Combine salad oil, celery salt, salt and pepper and sprinkle over salad just before serving.
