Ingredients
  Butter/Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked pork/Beef / veal / chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into thin strips
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄16 Teaspoon
  Bean sprouts/Mixed sprouts 1 Can (10 oz)
  Chinese vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs), well drained
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Hot water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter or shortening in hot skillet.
Add onions, fry 3 minutes.
Add celery, salt, pepper, and hot water.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add drained bean sprouts or Chinese vegetables and meat.
Mix thoroughly and cook 5 minutes covered.
Combine the following flavoring/thickening:
