Roast Pork Tenderloin Chinese Style

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloins 3
  Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine chicken stock, soy, honey, sherry, lemon juice, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and ginger.
Marinate the meat for 2 hours in this mixture.
Drain meat, reserving marinade.
Coat meat with cornstarch.
Place in a shallow roasting pan.
Bake in a moderately slow oven (325°) about 1 hour, 30 minutes.
Baste frequently with marinade.
