Tropical Hawaiian Drink - Part 2 Sweet Corn Milk Drink

This Tropical Drink is a wonderful sweet blend of the evaporated milk, sweet corn, sweet jackfruit, sweet purple yam(ube), sweet red beans, shredded coconut in syrup and purple yam(ube) icecream. Join Chef Hector Bernaldo as he prepares this amazing Tropical Drink. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sweet corn 1 Tablespoon
  Jackfruit 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet purple yam 1 Teaspoon (Ube)
  Sweet red beans 1 Tablespoon
  Shredded coconut 1 Tablespoon (In Syrup)
  Purple yam ice cream scoop 1
Directions

1) In a tall glass, add the evaporated milk, sweet corn, sweet jackfruit, sweet purple yam, sweet red beans, shredded coconut in syrup.
2) Top with 1 scoop of purple yam(ube) icecream and a little more evaporated milk. Mix and serve immediately.
