Ingredients
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat shortening in skillet.
Drop in vegetables; stir well.
Cover tightly.
Steam 5 min. on medium heat, stirring several times.
Season with salt and pepper.
