  Butter 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Pork 1 Pound, cut into strips (450 Gram)
  Green bell peppers 30 Milliliter, cut into strips (2 Tablespoon)
  Sweet red pepper 1⁄2 , cut into strips
  Green onions 4 , finely sliced
  Grated ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated (2 Milliliter)
  Chinese fried rice 350 Gram (1 Package)
  Bean sprouts 250 Milliliter, drained (1 Cup)
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Mushrooms 60 Milliliter, sliced (1/4 Cup)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)

–  In a skillet, melt butter and cook beaten egg, then let stand to cool, crumble and set aside.
–  In a separate skillet, heat oil and saute pork strips, Add green and red peppers, green onions and ginger, reduce heat and cook for
5 minutes.
–  Meanwhile, prepare Chinese fried rice according to package directions. Add bean sprouts, soy sauce, mushrooms and garlic powder, stir, then add crumbled egg.
–  Pour mixture into a serving dish and spoon pork and vegetables over it.
