Stir Fried Asparagus

The Stir Fried Asparagus is one of my mothers favorite vegetable preparation. It has been a part of my family weekend dinner menu for years! Try this simple Stir Fried Asparagus recipe!
Ingredients
  Asparagus 2⁄3 Pound
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, sliced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Rinse asparagus with cold water.
Snap off tough ends.
Slice asparagus diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
Heat oil in a wok over high heat 30 seconds.
Stir-fry garlic until golden, 30 seconds.
Add asparagus and salt.
Stir-fry 3 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
