Stir Fried Asparagus
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Tablespoon, sliced|
Rinse asparagus with cold water.
Snap off tough ends.
Slice asparagus diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
Heat oil in a wok over high heat 30 seconds.
Stir-fry garlic until golden, 30 seconds.
Add asparagus and salt.
Stir-fry 3 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
