|Bean sprouts||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded pickled carrots||2 Tablespoon (In Jars)|
|Shredded green pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Ripe tomato/2 small ones||1|
Pick over the beans sprouts then drop them into boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
Drain, pour cold water over them and drain very well again.
Combine the sprouts with the well drained pickled vegetables and the green pepper.
Place them on a serving dish and garnish with the pineapple rings (each halved, slantwise), halved large tomato or whole small ones and halved heart of lettuce.
