Hot & Sour Chinese Cabbage is a delicious and addictive vegetable preparation that is perfect for grand family dinners at home or outside. I am sure you will get hooked to the filling and delicious Hot & Sour Chinese Cabbage.
Ingredients
  Chinese cabbage 2 Pound
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried hot red peppers 6 , broken in 1/2-inch squares
  Rice vinegar/White vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut cabbage into 3" x 1/2" pieces.
Mix cabbage pieces and salt in a large bowl.
Let stand 4 hours.
Drain cabbage and squeeze to remove water; discard water.
Return cabbage to bowl.
Add garlic and red peppers.
Bring vinegar to a boil in a small saucepan.
Pour over cabbage mixture.
Add sugar; mix well.
Cover and let stand 4 hours.
