Ingredients
  Dried shrimp 3 Tablespoon
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chinese cabbage 1⁄2 Pound
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Soak dried shrimp in 1-1/2 cups hot water 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut cabbage into 1-1/2-inch square pieces.
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat 1 minute.
Drain shrimp well; discard water.
Stir-fry garlic and softened shrimp about until garlic is golden, 30 seconds.
Add cabbage.
Stir-fry 1 minute.
Add salt and chicken broth.
Stir-fry 3 minutes or until cabbage is soft.
