Chinese Pork And Green Vegetables
|Boneless pork||1 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Frozen pea pods||6 Ounce, Defrosted (1 Package)|
|Green onions||2 Bunch (200 gm), cut into 3/4 inch pieces|
|Beef broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Heat oil in 12x8-inch dish at MEDIUM-HIGH 2 minutes.
Stir in pork, soy sauce and garlic.
Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 4 to 5 minutes; stir occasionally.
Add pea pods and green onions.
Cook, covered with plastic wrap, at MEDIUM-HIGH 3 minutes; stir once.
Blend cornstarch with broth until smooth.
Stir into pork.
Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 3 to 4 minutes, or until sauce is slightly thickened.
