|Oil||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Onion||1 Medium, minced|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Bread crumbs||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Shrimp/Chicken||1⁄2 Pound, diced (230 Gram)|
|Soy sauce||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Wonton wrappers||12 Ounce (360 Gram, 40 Wrappers, 1 Package)|
Heat oil in skillet to medium heat.
Saute onion and garlic until transparent.
Add tofu and shrimp or chicken.
Saute for 3 minutes.
Take mixture out of skillet.
Place in bowl with bread crumbs; add soy sauce and beaten egg and mix together.
Place a teaspoon of mixture into each won ton wrapper and deep fry until golden brown; or drop into soup and simmer for 5 minutes.
