Stir Fried Orange Chicken

Remember Q*Bert? No? Well then, do you remember Orange Chicken? If so, then your sure to love this simple variation you can make at home.
  Chicken breast 2 Pound
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Ginger 10 Gram, minced
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Dark soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Red chili pepper 1 , chopped

Start with cutting 4 chicken breast into 1" cubes.

Transfer the chicken into a bowl and pour the dry sherry and the corn starch.

Marinate it for 1 hour.

Sauce direction

Mince 1 clove garlic and 1 slice of ginger.

Combine 1/3 cup orange juice, sesame oil, brown sugar dark soy sauce.
Then chop one red chili pepper and toss it in.

When you are ready to cook, heat up a large pan and heat up oil.

Quickly saute the garlic and ginger. Once this is done, add the chicken and fry them all.

When the chicken is done, push the chicken to the sides of the pan and pour the orange juice mixture.

Cook it for a minute or so and the chicken is done.

Serve it with rice.
