Stuffed Spinach Wontons look great and you save money as well. It was a good friend who gave me this Stuffed Spinach Wontons recipe. She said it is yummy and in fact it was!
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Garlic clove 1 Small, minced
  Carrots 2 , finely chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Chopped spinach 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Sesame seeds 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Egg 1
  Bread crumbs 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter, Fresh)
  Sherry 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Soy sauce 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Wonton wrappers 12 Ounce (360 Gram / 40 Pieces)

Combine first six ingredients and saute at medium heat for 5 minutes.
Combine in a bowl with next six ingredients.
Fill wonton wrappers and deep fry until brown.
