Chinese Pork Chops
|Pork chops||8 (1/4 inch thick)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1) Mix oil, garlic, ginger, sake, and soy sauce together in a marinating dish. Place pork chops in
sauce and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours, turning once.
2) Remove marinated pork chops and cook in well-oiled pan for five minutes on each side, or until meat is tender.
