Chinese Style Beef & Vegetables

Chinese style beef and vegetables is a skillet cooked beef recipe. Prepared with vegetables and mushrooms, the chinese style beef stir fry is flavored with soy sauce and ginger for an oriental taste. Served with rice or noodles, it makes a full meal.
Ingredients
  Italian dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced zucchini 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boneless sirloin steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into thin strips (1 Piece)
  Hot cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs), buttered
Directions

In small bowl, blend Italian dressing, soy sauce and ginger; reserve 2 tablespoons.
In large skillet, heat remaining dressing mixture and cook carrots, covered, over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms and zucchini and cook covered an additional 5 minutes.
Remove vegetables and keep warm.
Add reserved dressing mixture to skillet, then add beef.
Cook uncovered over high heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until beef is done.
Return vegetables to skillet and heat through.
