Mock Chow Mein

Chow Mein is great but why not try out something new and different for your family like the Mock Chow Mein. Chow Mein are easy to make and Mock Chow Mein tops the list. You are likely to turn a sweetheart instantaneously!
Ingredients
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Soup Can)
  Canned mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

1) Brown hamburger in small amount of fat in skillet. Put remaining ingredients into casserole, using soy sauce instead of salt for seasoning.
2) Bake at least 1 hour at 350 degrees. Mix hamburger into baked ingredients, then serve.
