Chow Mein

Chow Mein has a nice taste. The Soy sauce enhances the taste of Chow Mein. The noodles lovers should not miss Chow Mein.
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water chestnuts 1 Can (10 oz), drained, sliced
  Canned bean sprouts 19 Ounce, drained
  Canned mushrooms and juice 7 Ounce (In Their Juice)
  Leftover meat 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1/2 inch diagonal slices
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced
  Cooked rice/Fried noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs)

In a 10 cup (2.5 L) microwave safe casserole dish, dilute cornstarch in soy sauce.
Mix in remaining ingredients, except rice.
Cook 10 minutes, on HIGH.
Remove from oven.
Stir once.
Continue cooking 10-12 minutes or until mixture thickens.
Remove from oven.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Ladle over a bed of rice or fried noodles.
