Stir Fried Sesame Cucumbers

I have tried this Stir Fried Sesame Cucumbers and it is really a very authentic dish. I did change a bit from the original Chinese recipe to make this Stir Fried Sesame Cucumbers fit me. I am sure you will like it!
  Cucumbers 2
  Salt To Taste
  Sesame oil 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon

1. Peel cucumbers and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds with a spoon; then cut crosswise in 1/2 inch slices.
2. Arrange slices on a flat plate and sprinkle well with salt. Let stand 1 hour; then squeeze each slice gently to press out as much moisture as possible.
3. Heat sesame oil. Add cucumbers and stir-fry until softened and translucent (1 to 2 minutes).
4. Then stir in sugar and serve at once.
