Chinese Fish Fillets
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon (30 Milliliter)|
|Grated lemon rind||1|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)|
|Ketchup||1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Root ginger||1 Tablespoon, grated (15 Milliliter)|
|Fish fillets||1 Pound (500 Gram, Fresh/Frozen, Of Your Choice)|
€¢ Mix together in an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20 cm) glass dish the soy sauce, lemon juice and rind, ketchup, garlic and ginger.
€¢ Cut the fish into individual pieces and set in the dish, rolling them around in the sauce. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave 5 to 6 minutes at HIGH, until the fish flakes easily. Let stand 5 minutes, covered.
€¢ To serve, baste with the sauce in the dish.
