Chinese Style Szechuan Chicken

It is wonderful recipe, excellent appetizer. We will make change the sauce from szechuan sauce to Teriyaki sauce.
Ingredients
  Boneless skinless chicken 2 Pound
  Onion slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Szechuan sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat oil add onion and saute it well.
Add chicken and cook until done. Keep stirring.
Add szechuan sauce. Cook until sauce thickens a bit.
Transfer it in a plate and serve
