Tuna Chow Mein

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (Undiluted)
  Chow mein noodles 3 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine butter, onion, celery and green pepper in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Add soup, noodles, tuna, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Let stand 3 minutes, covered.
Top with reserved chow mein noodles before serving.
