Chinese Fried Rice
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Salad oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Cooked shrimp/Ham pork/beef||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Shredded / Diced)|
|Green onions||6 (Thinly Sliced/Chopped)|
|Cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Method 1: Fry beaten eggs until firm in the oil and cut into shreds.
Return to frying pan with meat (cut into shreds to match eggs).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 3 or 4 minutes.
Add the rice.
Mix the soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and salt if needed; dribble over the rice.
Stir until rice is hot.
