Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cooked shrimp/Ham pork/beef 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Shredded / Diced)
  Green onions 6 (Thinly Sliced/Chopped)
  Cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Method 1: Fry beaten eggs until firm in the oil and cut into shreds.
Return to frying pan with meat (cut into shreds to match eggs).
Add onion.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 3 or 4 minutes.
Add the rice.
Mix the soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and salt if needed; dribble over the rice.
Stir until rice is hot.
