Sweet And Sour Sauce Using Sherry

Ingredients
  Sugar 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Vinegar 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Light soy sauce 90 Milliliter (About 5 To 6 Tablespoon)
  Dark soy sauce 15 Milliliter (About 1 Tablespoon)
  Sherry 45 Milliliter (About 3 Tablespoon)
  Cornstarch 30 Milliliter, or 2 tablespoon, blended with water
  Water 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
Directions

1 In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sherry. Bring to a boil and stir in the blended cornstarch and water to thicken.
