Shrimp Toast

Ingredients
  Raw shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and deveined
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped water chestnuts 2 Tablespoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon (Oriental Brand)
  Egg white 1 , beaten
  Sandwich bread slice 6 , crust removed
  Yellow bell peppers 1 (For Garnishing)
  Red bell peppers 1 (For Garnishing)
  Green onions 1 (For Garnishing)
Directions

Finely chop shrimp.
If using food processor, process with on/off pulses, about 10 times or until shrimp are finely chopped.
Combine shrimp, onion, water chestnuts, soy sauce and sesame oil in medium bowl; mix well.
Stir in egg white; mix well.
Toast bread lightly on both sides.
Cut toast diagonally into quarters.
Spread shrimp mixture evenly over toast to edges.
Place toast on foil-lined baking sheet or broiler pan.
Broil, 6 inches from heat, 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
Garnish with peppers and green onions.
