Chinese Bean Curd With Oyster Sauce

Enjoy a refreshing Chinese Bean Curd With Oyster Sauce that is truly delicious. A healthy tofu recipe made mainly with bean curd and seafood sauce is a wonderful side dish that is real easy.
Ingredients
  Bean curd cake 1
  Chinese mushrooms 3 , soaked for 1 hour and drained
  Yellow onion 1⁄2 , peeled
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Light soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the bean curd cake up into 1/2 by 1 inch pieces.
Drain.
Slice the mushrooms.
Slice the onion.
Lightly brown the bean curd in the hot peanut oil in a wok or frying pan.
Remove.
Saute the yellow onion in the same pan.
Add the bean curd and mushrooms, and cook for a moment.
Add the brown sugar, sherry, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
Simmer for 1 minute more.
