Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Green onion stalks 4 , chopped
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame seed 2 Tablespoon, toasted
  Chopped almonds 6 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon, light
  Japanese vinegar 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Just before serving, crumble fried wontons; mix everything together lightly.
